Responding to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, such as removing or disabling access to the infringing material. We may also attempt to contact the user who posted the material to afford them the opportunity to respond to the notice.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us at info@examdhara.com, including the following information:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If that party does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against the material’s owner within 14 business days, we will restore the material.
